WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • All orders are shipped and processed within 2 business days of being received. Once it has been processed, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for it to be delivered.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
  • We are sorry but at this time we do not offer refunds. You have 5 business days from the date the item was delivered to return it for a store gift card. See our return policy for further details.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Most definitely! Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be provided with a confirmation email that includes your tracking number
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER? 
  • We currently ship all items through United States Postal Service Priority.  For orders placed via Priority the time frame is 3-5 days from the date shipped.
